You have to prepare your site to receive the tank. Our team of OFTEC-registered installers can help but when planning your installation to fulfil your workplace safety and environmental obligations
You'll have to do the following when installing your bulk tank
- You'll need the Concrete Base at least 300mm thick
- Consider traffic flows & Risk Assessments & Environmental factors Learn more about this
- Electricity Supply, protected by an RCD device.

Security Barriers to prevent accidental collision with the tank
Permitted Materials
Only the following materials may be used in direct contact with AdBlue so you'll have to be sure that you only allow the correct equipment to be used. Alternatively, the corrosion may poison the vehicle's catalyst and invalidate any warranty.
- Highly alloyed austenitic Cr-Ni-steels and Cr-Ni-Mo-steels acc. to DIN EN 10088-1 to ?3, worked according industrial standard −
- HD-Polyethylene −
- HD-Polypropylene −
- Polyfluorethylen −
- Polyvinylidenedifluoride −
- Poly(perfluoroalkoxy) PFA −
- Polyisobutylene −
- Titanium −
- Viton
Any other material not cited in this list [for example, Mild Steel, brass, copper, nickel-plated metals, aluminium] must be tested regarding corrosion resistance and possible influences on the product specification listed above.
