Regardless which the tank you choose it's our unique dispensing technology that sets BlueCat apart from the rest. We've packaged tried-and-tested equipment engineered for product safety and integrity from the agrochemical industry applications with series of dispensing options aimed at every pocket.
There are two choices for dispensing options for Bulk Tanks
- A totally pre-configured self-contained tank with all dispensing systems inside the bund that can be installed simply by placing on a concrete pad and plugged into a IP65 13-amp socket protected by an RCD
- A professionally installed tank with separate pedestal fuel dispenser, complete with digital meter & non-drip nozzle

This tank option is delivered ready-to-go and simply needs to be plugged in to a RCD-protected electric socket and filled with AdBlue. |
Tank & Dispense features
- 240 volt Positive Displacement Pump with 4-pin security coupling ... much better than impeller versions and self-priming too
- Unique 2" BlueCat Dry-Break 4-pin Stainless Steel one-way Dispensing Valve to ensure product security.
- Certified AdBlue-grade hoses
- Anti Drip Nozzle
- Digital meter with PIN facility for 96 users accurate to 0.5%
- One-way security dry-break filling value on 2" inlet Lock & Load security value on inlet to prevents negligent/accidental discharge
- Positive displacement pumps fixed throughput and are self-priming and prevent blow-back common on centrifugal models.
Additional Options for the Ready-To-Go tank
- Heat Trace System with Thermostatic Activation
- 'Fit-for-trade' meter accurate to 0.2% if retail sales are planned.
- Computer interface to fuel monitoring system
The Remote Fuel Island Option

Where you're using a professional installer it makes sense to use a Remote Fuel Island to give allows more flexibility to dispense in a more appropriate location in the yard?. This option is not available as a 'fit-for-trade' option. |
