Dispensing System for Drums, IBC?S & tanks
The BlueCat system features proven and rugged stainless steel components manufactured to the demanding British Standard 6356 part 9 for secure chemical transfer that exceed the European CEFIC Standards for the handling of AdBlue.
How It Works
The unique 4-pin one-way dispensing valves couples positively, easily and securely to the tank or container. It?s tamper-proof to prevent interference with the integrity of the batch. The one-way valve prevents back-flow contamination of the product, important when a poisoned catalyst is expensive to replace.
It?s So EASY to Use
BlueCat drums, IBCs and tanks are all fitted with the same 4-pin dispensing valve so BlueCat?s dispensing equipment allows users to upgrade to larger packaging at zero cost by keeping the same pump system as their needs grow.
And there are no splashes, spillages or risk to workplace safety or heavy equipment to man-handle... just a lightweight & robust stainless coupling valve to mate to your choice of drum, IBC or tank.

 The Bluecat Hand Pump
The truly low-cost option the hand-pump's for you if you have limited requirements and dispense from a 200 litre drum. Digital product metering or the ability to use the drip-free nozzle is not an option as the delivery-pressure cannot be guaranteed

 Economy BlueCat Indoor Dispensing System
Ideal for dispensing from 200 litre drums or IBCs stored inside. Our economy package features a 240 Volt AdBlue-certified pump, which can be Wall Mounted primarily for indoor workshop use. The kit features the unique Stainless one-way Dispensing Valve to ensure product integrity.

The BlueCat 'Vision' Pedestal Unit
Ideal for dispensing from IBCs stored in the yard is a 220 volt dispensing system in protective enclosure with digital metering.
The unit can be wall mounted by the IBC or drum or freestanding using optional pedestal at some distance.
