Suitable for the operator of up to 5-10 SCR-equipped vehicles at a single depot, IBC's are ideal for the small operator, providing flexibility of handling, with the minimum of advanced site work preparation.
A fleet with about 5 new SCR-equipped vehicles will need one IBC every month at typical usage rates. BlueCat AdBlue will be delivered direct to your depot in an IBC tank within 24 hours of your order using a self-unloading vehicle if required.
Although AdBlue is non-hazardous, top-quality UN-specification IBC tanks are used for robustness and security in transit. All containers have security tamper-evident seals to ensure the integrity of the product and to engineer-out the possibility of contamination. Between uses each tank is professionally cleaned, tamper-evident parts replaced and pressure tested to prevent leaks in transit.
The empty IBCs are exchanged or refilled promptly when the BlueCat solution has been used.

For users of AdBlue in IBCs, you'll want to think about dispensing to the vehicle. We can supply

Safe Storage & Site Preparation
AdBlue should not normally be allowed to cool below -11 degrees Celsius so an insulated tank is required in exposed locations.
